Certified organic since 2014, the estate produces fewer than 1,000 cases per year from 60-year-old vines, blending around 80% Merlot with 20% Cabernet Franc on soils of very limey clay over a rocky substratum. Château La Rame is one of the oldest and most prestigious estates in the Sainte-Croix-du-Mont appellation, situated on a hillside overlooking the Garonne River approximately 40 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux. The estate passed through the hands of Baron de Vertheuil, Governor of the Île d'Oléron, after the French Revolution, and was purchased by Claude Armand in 1956 at a time when the appellation had fallen out of favor. Today, the seventh generation—Yves Armand's children Grégoire and Angélique, along with Angélique's husband Olivier—manage both Château La Rame and its sister property Château La Caussade, together covering 50 hectares across six different AOCs. The estate's 20 hectares of vines are planted 75% to Sémillon and 25% to Sauvignon Blanc, with an average vine age of over 50 years. The clay-limestone soils are underlain by a remarkable stratum of fossilized oyster shells from the Tertiary era, imparting distinctive minerality and vivid acidity to their wines. The Armand family has dedicated itself to restoring Sainte-Croix-du-Mont's reputation as a rival to the great estates of Sauternes and Barsac, earning gold medals and critical acclaim. Beyond their flagship sweet wines, the château produces dry whites under Bordeaux Blanc and reds under Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux.

Located in the heart of the Fronsac appellation on the Bordeaux Right Bank, Château La Rivière is the largest estate in Fronsac and one of the most spectacular châteaux in Bordeaux. Its history dates to 769, when Charlemagne ordered a fortress built on the site, and the current 19th-century castle commands sweeping views over the Dordogne valley. The estate's 65-hectare vineyard spans 53 parcels on clay-limestone soils, planted primarily to Merlot (82%), with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and old-vine Malbec. Consulting oenologist Michel Rolland guides the winemaking: grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then aged 12–18 months in French oak. The estate's showpiece is its 8-hectare underground limestone cave system—25 km of galleries housing some 700,000 bottles—carved by hand in the 19th century and attracting 20,000–30,000 visitors annually. The flagship Grand Vin (160,000 bottles/year) is complemented by the prestige micro-cuvée Aria, sourced from 1.5 hectares of the oldest Merlot vines and aged in 100% new French oak. Since 2025, the estate is owned by Global Food Investments, a Luxembourg fund managed by the Signet Group.

Château La Tour Blanche is a Premier Cru Classé Sauternes estate ranked second only to Château d'Yquem in the 1855 Classification. Located in the commune of Bommes, the 44-hectare domaine is planted to 83% Sémillon, 12% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscadelle on a terroir of gravel, clay, sand, and limestone — the gravelly topsoil ensures excellent drainage while underlying clay retains moisture, and the proximity of the Ciron River creates the morning mists essential for noble rot development. The château was bequeathed to the French State in 1907 by its owner Daniel 'Osiris' Iffla, on condition that a school of viticulture and oenology be established; La Tour Blanche School opened in 1911 and has trained wine professionals ever since. Today managed by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, the estate is certified HVE 3 (High Environmental Values) and pursuing organic practices. Harvesting is carried out in 5–6 successive passes (tries) by hand. The wine is known for its superb balance between richness and freshness, with aromas of honey, apricot, crème brûlée, orange blossom, and tropical fruits, supported by racy acidity. Top vintages (2001, 2009, 2010, 2017, 2020) can age 20–40+ years.
