- What food should I serve with Riesling Lieu-Dit Kammerberg?
- It pairs especially well with choucroute, grilled trout, and Munster cheese, and its acidity also works with citrus-based dishes.
- Should I drink it young or let it age?
- It is enjoyable young for its fresh citrus character, but its mineral structure rewards a few years of cellaring as toasted notes develop.
