Crémant d'Alsace Clérotstein Symphonie en P
クレマン・ダルザス クレロットシュタイン サンフォニー・アン・ペー
Cave de Cleebourg
Pinot Blanc · Pinot Gris · Pinot Noir
About this wine
A Crémant d'Alsace blending Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir — each grape bringing its own note to compose this 'Symphony in P'. Powerful and well-structured on the attack, with a harmonious and elegant mouth featuring subtle acidity that brings persistent fruity freshness, and a nose of beautiful intensity marked by brioche and citrus, especially mandarin. Rated 89/100 and awarded Gold at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.
A more complex, brioche-scented Crémant — a step up for those who already enjoy sparkling wine.
Sommelier's Note
"The three-Pinot blend earns its 'Symphony' name — this is Cleebourg's most layered Crémant, with brioche and mandarin notes that reward a proper flute rather than a quick toast."
