A festive, glamorous demi-sec Crémant d'Alsace meant to be enjoyed over crushed ice. Light yellow with green reflections and fine, regular bubbles, with an expressive nose of tangerine and lemon, and a full, round palate underlined by fine acidity. Made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris.
Serving Crémant over crushed ice sounds unorthodox, but Ice by Cleebourg is built for it — its citrus brightness and gentle sweetness only get better as it dilutes.
