クレマン・ダルザス クレロットシュタイン オーセロワ

Cave de Cleebourg

Auxerrois

About this wine

A 100% Auxerrois Crémant d'Alsace made by the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle): manual harvest in small bins, rigorous sorting, slow gentle pressing, cold settling, thermoregulated fermentation, and a second fermentation in bottle reaching around 5.5 bars of pressure. Supple attack, elegant and harmonious mouth, subtly enhanced by acidity bringing finesse and aromatic persistence, with fresh fruitiness. Awarded Gold at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.

Beginner's Note

An easy, everyday sparkling wine — Auxerrois gives it soft, approachable fruit character.

Sommelier's Note

"A Concours Général Agricole Gold medal winner that shows Auxerrois can shine on its own in sparkling form — softer and rounder than a Pinot Blanc-based Crémant."

Food Pairings

A versatile aperitif sparkling wine, also excellent with light seafood starters, sushi, and soft cheeses.
