Pinot Noir

About this wine

A red Pinot Noir with a brilliant, partridge-eye hue and an expressive nose of small red fruits, mainly cherry. On the palate, silky tannins give a supple, harmonious wine with a subtle marriage of morello cherry and blackberry, balancing fruity sweetness with pleasant freshness. Made with thermoregulated fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and five months of aging on fine lees.

Beginner's Note

A light, silky red — an easy way to try Alsace Pinot Noir without heavy tannins.

Sommelier's Note

"Northern Alsace Pinot Noir at its most approachable — Grande Réserve proves you don't need Burgundy prices for silky, cherry-driven charm."

Food Pairings

Pairs well with white meats, charcuterie, and Alsatian tarte flambée; its bright red-fruit character also complements roasted duck.

When to drink it

Casual dinners, light red-meat dishes, everyday drinking
