カンタリッチ

Family-run organic Chianti Classico estate centered on a 16th-century furnace in Gaiole.

Cantalici is a small, family-run organic winery in Castagnoli, in the municipality of Gaiole in Chianti, at the heart of the Chianti Classico region. Brothers Carlo and Daniele Cantalici, following in the footsteps of their father Loris, purchased their first vineyard plot in 1998 and released their first wine in 2002. Their cellar is built around L'Antica Fornace di Ridolfo, a 16th-century furnace that gives the estate its historic character. The Cantalici family farms organically across scattered plots between Gaiole, Radda in Chianti, Castelnuovo Berardenga, and Vagliagli, focusing on Sangiovese to produce Chianti Classico, Riserva, and Gran Selezione wines alongside Vin Santo and extra virgin olive oil.
