クラーノ
Crano
RedSyrah
Crano is Baldetti's flagship wine and the estate's first varietal Syrah, produced since 2008 under the Cortona DOC — the Tuscan appellation built around this grape. Grapes are hand-harvested from the Pietraia vineyards at 300m elevation, fermented with 15-20 days of maceration, aged 12 months in 225-liter French oak barriques and rested at least 9 months in bottle before release. The 2018 vintage was awarded 91 points by Falstaff, and recent vintages have earned Gambero Rosso's Tre Bicchieri (Three Glasses) in the Vini d'Italia guide.
マリウス
Marius
RedSangiovese · Merlot
Marius is Baldetti's Cortona DOC Sangiovese, a tribute to Mario Baldetti, the family patriarch who began bottling wine at the estate in the late 1960s-70s and was a great admirer of the Sangiovese grape. The blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot is macerated for 8-10 days, aged in concrete tanks and tonneaux for around 8 months, then rests at least 4 months in bottle.
シャグレ
Chagrè
WhiteChardonnay · Grechetto
Chagrè is Baldetti's Toscana IGT white, an equal blend of Chardonnay and Grechetto grown in the Pietraia vineyards at about 290m elevation. Chardonnay is harvested in early September and Grechetto later in the month; the wine undergoes cold skin maceration, ferments at a controlled 18°C, ages 6 months in stainless steel and at least 2 months in bottle.
メトド・クラシコ
Metodo Classico
SparklingChardonnay · Grechetto
Baldetti's Metodo Classico Brut (marketed in some export listings under the earlier name 'Baldo') is a traditional-method sparkling wine made from an equal blend of Chardonnay and Grechetto, aged sur lie in bottle for an extended period (reported between 24 and 36 months depending on the release) before disgorgement.
ピエト・ロゼ
Piet Rosé
RoséSyrah · Merlot · Sangiovese
Piet Rosé is Baldetti's Toscana IGT rosato, blending Syrah, Merlot and Sangiovese from the Pietraia vineyards. Grapes are harvested in the first week of September, fermented at a controlled 18°C, aged 7 months in stainless steel and at least 2 more months in bottle.
アレニーテ
Arenite
RedSyrah
Arenite is Baldetti's limited-production Toscana IGT red, made only in particularly favorable vintages (notably 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019) from 100% Syrah grown in specially selected parcels, including the Arenite vineyard from which it takes its name — a reference to the sandy (arenaceous) soils of the site. Production is limited to around 3,000 bottles. The wine ages 24 months in 225L barriques, 8 months in cement, and a minimum of 2 years in bottle before release.
