About this wine

A natural apple cider made from 10 varieties of Yoichi apples grown at Forest Farm, a neighbour of Domaine Mont. Fuji (70%) anchors the blend with clean fruit character; the remaining varieties add complexity. Wild-yeast fermented, zero sulfites, unfiltered, and lightly sparkling. Clean, dry, and exceptionally food-friendly.

Blend of approx. 10 Yoichi apple varieties from Forest Farm (Fuji 70%, Shinano Sweet 17%, Gunma Meigetsu 6%, others 7%). Wild yeast fermentation, zero added sulfites, unfiltered, unfined, natural carbonation. ABV approx. 7.0%. 3,400 bottles produced. Store below 14°C.
