キャンティ・クラシコ
Chianti Classico
RedSangiovese · Canaiolo · Malvasia Nera
Casa Emma's entry-level Chianti Classico DOCG is a blend of roughly 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo and 5% Malvasia Nera, sourced from the estate's organically farmed vineyards around San Donato in Poggio. It shows an intense ruby red color with purple reflections, a lively nose of cherry and forest fruit lifted by a touch of vanilla, and a palate with good structure, velvety tannins and lingering acidity and minerality.
キャンティ・クラシコ ヴィニャパンターノ
Chianti Classico Vignapantano
RedSangiovese · Canaiolo Nero · Malvasia Nera
A single-vineyard Chianti Classico DOCG (non-Riserva) named after the Vignapantano plot, made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero and Malvasia Nera. It shows floral and red-fruit aromas, a ruby red color, extraordinary aromatic complexity for its tier, balanced tannins and a long finish. It is fermented with 10-15 days of skin maceration, aged around 12 months in French oak, then a further 6 months in bottle.
キャンティ・クラシコ・リゼルヴァ ヴィニャルパルコ
Chianti Classico Riserva Vignalparco
RedSangiovese
A single-vineyard Chianti Classico Riserva made from 100% Sangiovese grown on the two-hectare Vignalparco plot — the vineyard famously tended by a flock of 80 domestic geese, who naturally fertilize the soil and eat weeds and harmful insects instead of tractors, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. The wine shows bright ruby red with violet reflections, intense blackberry and blackcurrant aromas over balsamic undertones, and a structured, velvety-tannined palate with great persistence. Fermented with 15 days of skin maceration, it ages 24 months in second- or third-use French oak tonneaux, then 6 months in bottle. Rated 93 points by Wine Enthusiast.
キャンティ・クラシコ・リゼルヴァ フィオレッラ・レプリ
Chianti Classico Riserva Fiorella Lepri
RedSangiovese · Malvasia Nera
Named after Fiorella Lepri, who purchased the estate in 1969, this Riserva is produced from Casa Emma's oldest vineyards using Sangiovese and Malvasia Nera. It shows a bright ruby red color with intense, persistent aromas of red berries giving way to spicy, balsamic undertones, and a full-bodied palate with smooth, fine-structured tannins and long persistence. It ferments with 18-20 days of skin maceration, ages 24 months in 500-liter Allier oak barrels, then a further 10 months in bottle. 14% ABV.
ソロイオ
Soloìo
RedMerlot
A single-grape Super Tuscan made from 100% Merlot grown on Casa Emma's estate vineyards in Chianti Classico, bottled as Colli della Toscana Centrale IGT. It has a dense, purple-red color and elegant, complex notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, prune and plum, with pleasant mineral undertones. Fermented and aged 18 months in French barrique, then a minimum of 12 months in bottle before release; approximately 4,500 bottles are produced per vintage.
ハレナエ
Harenae
RedSangiovese
An amphora-aged Sangiovese bottled as Colli della Toscana Centrale IGT, named 'Harenae' — Latin for sand or terracotta, honoring the material used to build the amphorae. The wine is completely vinified and aged for twelve months in 1,000-liter spherical terracotta amphorae, using grapes grown under organic and biodynamic farming practices. This method yields a crunchy fruitiness and grippy tannin, making Harenae one of Casa Emma's most focused, precise expressions of pure Sangiovese. Production is limited to around 2,000 bottles per vintage.
