Casa Emma

Chardonnay · Sauvignon Blanc · Vernaccia

About this wine

Casa Emma's flagship white, a Toscana IGT Bianco blending Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Vernaccia di San Gimignano from hillside vineyards with limestone, rock and clay soil at 250 meters altitude. It is crystal clear with a strong straw yellow color, showing delicate citrus notes and hints of ripe yellow fruit, floral character and elegant minerality on the palate. Vinified in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation, it ages 12 months in French oak barrels followed by 3 months in bottle. 12.5% ABV.

Beginner's Note

An easy way to explore Casa Emma beyond its Sangiovese reds — a food-friendly, mineral-driven white.

Sommelier's Note

"Proof that Casa Emma's terroir-focused, low-intervention philosophy extends to white wine — Cortine Oro's oak-aged structure and minerality make it a Tuscan white built for the table, not just the aperitivo hour."
