Riesling

About this wine

Made from Riesling grapes naturally affected by noble botrytis (roughly 60% of the fruit), hand-harvested in autumn from a single vineyard. Golden yellow in color, with aromas of acacia honey, lemon peel, quince jam, mandarin rind and crème brûlée. On the palate, ripe apricot, honey and toasted almond notes are balanced by around 330 g/L of residual sugar and Riesling's naturally bright acidity, giving the wine excellent structure and length. Awarded Gold and Trophy (95 points) by the International Wine Challenge.
