Casas del Bosque

カサス・デル・ボスケ

Casablanca Valley pioneer, prized for saline mineral wines.

Founded in 1993 by Juan Cuneo Solari, Casas del Bosque was one of the pioneering wineries of Chile's Casablanca Valley. The single 189-hectare estate is planted exclusively to cool-climate varieties — Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Malbec — grown on volcanic clay and granite soils that lend the wines a distinctive saline minerality. Certified under the Sustainability Code of Wines of Chile, the winery was named Chilean Wine Producer of the Year at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in 2013 and 2014, and its estate restaurant Tanino is one of the country's most celebrated wine-tourism destinations.
