About this wine
Capannelle's Chianti Classico Riserva is crafted from 100% Sangiovese grown on the estate's south-facing vineyards in Gaiole in Chianti. Aged in a combination of French oak barriques and large casks before further bottle refinement, it offers deep ruby color, pronounced red fruit and spice, and the structured elegance typical of Capannelle's precise winemaking.
A great introduction to serious Chianti Classico — structured but approachable, with classic sour-cherry character.
Sommelier's Note
"One of the most reliably elegant Riservas in Chianti Classico — Capannelle's technical precision shows in every vintage."
Food Pairings
A classic match for Tuscan ribollita, grilled porcini mushrooms, and roast pork with rosemary. Its firm tannins also stand up well to aged pecorino.

ソラーレ
Solare
RedSangiovese · Malvasia Nera
First released in 1996 following a collaboration begun in 1990 with Giorgio Pinchiorri of Florence's legendary Enoteca Pinchiorri, Solare is one of the original Super Tuscans to pair Sangiovese with an aromatic minority variety. A blend of roughly 80% Sangiovese and 20% Malvasia Nera, it undergoes fermentation in Slovenian oak vats, around 18 months in French barrique, and further bottle aging before release.

50&50 is a unique collaboration between Capannelle and fellow Tuscan producer Avignonesi, blending Capannelle's Sangiovese from Gaiole in Chianti with Avignonesi's Merlot from Montepulciano in equal parts. Aged for 24 months in French barriques, it offers deep ruby color, aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and sweet spice, with a silky, elegant palate.
シャルドネ
Chardonnay
WhiteChardonnay
Capannelle's Chardonnay is made from hand-picked estate grapes, fermented primarily in stainless steel to preserve freshness, with roughly 20% aged in new French barrique for about 10 months to add texture. The result is a dry, aromatic white with notes of white flowers, tropical fruit, and a mineral edge.
シャルドネ・オロ・ビアンコ
Chardonnay Oro Bianco
WhiteChardonnay
Oro Bianco is Capannelle's rare, magnum-only Chardonnay bottling, produced along the same lines as the estate's standard Chardonnay but vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel and released in extremely limited quantities — as few as 600 magnums in some vintages.
ロザート
Rosato
RoséSangiovese
Capannelle's Rosato is an unusually structured rosé made entirely from Sangiovese, distinguished by roughly 18 months of barrique aging — an approach that gives it more depth and texture than typical rosé wines while retaining a fresh, pale pink hue.
