About this wine
Capannelle's Chardonnay is made from hand-picked estate grapes, fermented primarily in stainless steel to preserve freshness, with roughly 20% aged in new French barrique for about 10 months to add texture. The result is a dry, aromatic white with notes of white flowers, tropical fruit, and a mineral edge.
A friendly, food-versatile white — fresh enough for everyday drinking but with enough texture to feel special.

Solare
RedSangiovese · Malvasia Nera
First released in 1996 following a collaboration begun in 1990 with Giorgio Pinchiorri of Florence's legendary Enoteca Pinchiorri, Solare is one of the original Super Tuscans to pair Sangiovese with an aromatic minority variety. A blend of roughly 80% Sangiovese and 20% Malvasia Nera, it undergoes fermentation in Slovenian oak vats, around 18 months in French barrique, and further bottle aging before release.
