About this wine

A Toscana IGT red blend (60% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon) grown on the hills of the province of Pistoia. Vinified in steel and then aged across large oak barrels, barriques and tonneaux. Intense ruby red in color, with ripe red fruit aromas layered with balsamic and vanilla notes from extended wood aging; warm and soft on the palate with dense, elegant tannins. Awarded 93 points by Decanter for a past vintage.
