Winemaking is overseen by Ivan Misuri, winner of the 2020 Giulio Gambelli Prize, combining temperature-controlled steel fermentation with barrique and tonneau aging to balance bright fruit with structure, in line with DOCG Brunello's minimum aging requirements.
