Elba Ansonica DOC is produced from Ansonica grapes, partially fermented in steel after pressing and partially left to macerate on the skins before blending. The result is a straw-yellow wine with golden reflections, showing yellow-flower aromas, good body, and a pleasantly savory finish typical of Elba's coastal terroir.
Ansonica is Elba's underrated white grape, and Sapereta's version shows why it deserves a place at the seafood table.
