About this wine
Aleatico Passito dell'Elba DOCG is Sapereta's flagship wine and one of Elba Island's most celebrated products. Made from 100% Aleatico grapes dried on racks for two to three weeks before pressing, it concentrates sugars and aromatics. The nose is strongly aromatic with sour cherry and small red fruit; the palate opens sweet and generous, closing on a persistent note of sour cherry and dried fruit.
A gentle introduction to Italian passito dessert wines — sweet, aromatic, and easy to love.
