About this wine
A single-varietal white from the rare Rossese Bianco grape, bottled under Langhe DOC. Pale straw-yellow with greenish reflections, it offers lemon and yellow apple aromas with a hint of nettle, a fruity palate, refreshing acidity and medium length — produced with the same gentle, low-temperature approach as Lumiè: immediate pressing, cool fermentation, sur lie aging of about four months, and bottling in February following harvest.
A rare chance to try Rossese Bianco, a grape almost no one else bottles as a single variety — approachable and refreshing, not challenging.
Sommelier's Note
"Rossese Bianco is planted almost nowhere else as a standalone bottling — trying this wine is trying a piece of Langhe's ampelographic heritage that most wine drinkers will never encounter."
Food Pairings
Suits white meat, seafood and more complex fish dishes; also pairs interestingly with a variety of cheeses.

バローロ DOCG ラヴェーラ
Barolo DOCG Ravera
RedNebbiolo
Abrigo Fratelli's flagship red, first produced in 2013 when the family acquired a parcel in the celebrated Ravera MGA cru of Novello — one of Barolo's most prestigious vineyard sites. Vines dating from 1960, 1980 and 2003 grow on calcareous, clay-rich fossil marl soil that gives the wine exceptional freshness and structure. Aged roughly 38 months — about 23 months in large Slavonian oak botti, followed by concrete vats and bottle — it shows violet, scorched earth and leather on the nose, with dried black cherry, clove and tobacco on a full-bodied, firmly tannic palate.
ネッビオーロ・ダルバ DOC「タルディス」
Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Tardiss
RedNebbiolo
Bottled under the Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC — a more accessible sibling appellation to Barolo and Barbaresco — Tardiss is Abrigo Fratelli's varietal Nebbiolo from vineyards around Diano d'Alba, Novello and Sinio. It is aged in wood (a mix of used oak casks and French barriques) for about 12 months, then rests at least 6 months in bottle before release, giving it Nebbiolo's classic aromatic lift with a gentler tannic profile than the estate's Barolo.
ランゲ DOC ネッビオーロ
Langhe DOC Nebbiolo
RedNebbiolo
Abrigo Fratelli's entry point into Nebbiolo, bottled under the broader Langhe DOC. A clear, fairly intense ruby red with brick-red reflections, it opens with balsamic violet aromas intertwined with redcurrant, raspberry and a hint of freshly cut grass. Dry and fresh on the palate, with raspberry, redcurrant and cherry fruit, notable minerality and velvety tannins that ease into a lingering balsamic finish.
バルベーラ・ダルバ DOC スペリオーレ
Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore
RedBarbera
Abrigo Fratelli's Barbera d'Alba Superiore amplifies the grape's classic red-fruit character with spicy oak notes from barrel aging. Full-bodied with Barbera's signature vibrant acidity kept in balance, it shows rose-hip-like texture and fine, silky tannin alongside fresh blackberry fruit, rounded out by vanilla and a touch of oak.
ディアーノ・ダルバ DOCG
Diano d'Alba DOCG
RedDolcetto
The historic core of Abrigo Fratelli's portfolio: a 100% Dolcetto from the DOCG zone surrounding the family's home village of Diano d'Alba, one of the few Dolcetto appellations to hold DOCG status. Gently crushed and destemmed, it ferments on the skins for 4-5 days at 25-26°C and matures in steel tanks for about 4 months before bottling the February after harvest — a traditional, unoaked style that preserves Dolcetto's classic fruit and floral aromatics.
ディアーノ・ダルバ DOCG スペリオーレ「ピエトリン」
Diano d'Alba DOCG Superiore Pietrin
RedDolcetto
The top expression of Abrigo Fratelli's Dolcetto, sourced from the Pietrin vineyard and bottled under the Superiore designation. Compared to the estate's standard Diano d'Alba, this is a more fragrant wine that elegantly balances easy drinkability with real structure, reflecting the extra ripeness and aging requirements of the Superiore tier.
