Diois is the wine area around the town of Die in the eastern Rhône Valley, home to several AOCs. Clairette de Die (AOC 1942) is a sparkling wine made by the Dioise ancestral method, with at least 75% Muscat à petits grains. Crémant de Die (AOC 1993) is a dry traditional-method sparkling wine from Clairette, Aligoté and Muscat. Coteaux de Die is a still dry white from 100% Clairette. Châtillon-en-Diois (AOC 1975) is a still wine in white (Aligoté, Chardonnay), red and rosé (Gamay, Pinot Noir, Syrah).

Cave Bautin
Cave Bautin is a family-run organic estate in Barsac, in the Diois area of the Drôme department, operated by David Bautin as a sole proprietorship. It makes Clairette de Die from mostly Muscat (about 90%) with Clairette (about 10%), grown without chemical fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides. The cave welcomes visitors for tastings, and wines are sold directly online and through natural-wine retailers.

Cave Monge-Granon
Cave Monge-Granon is an independent sparkling-wine estate in Vercheny, in the Drôme valley (Diois), at 3700 avenue de la Clairette. Caves Carod
Caves Carod is a Clairette de Die house based in Vercheny, in the Diois area of the Drôme department. It is registered as a commercial SAS (SIREN 378 126 114), not a cooperative, and makes AOC Clairette de Die and Crémant de Die. Its Clairette is made by the Méthode Dioise Ancestrale from Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains and Clairette Blanche. The cellars include a free museum on Clairette de Die and early-20th-century local traditions, and wines are sold at the cellar and through an online shop.

Domaine Achard-Vincent
Domaine Achard-Vincent is a family-run estate of 11 hectares in Sainte-Croix, in the Diois area of the Drôme, producing Clairette de Die and Crémant de Die. The estate was formed by the union of the Vincent domaine in Sainte-Croix and the Achard farm in Saillans, and has been handed down through six generations. The vines are farmed biodynamically and the estate is Demeter certified. Thomas Achard runs the estate today.
