MÜLA is a natural white wine from Natan Winery made from 100% Delaware grapes grown in Honzawa, Yamagata Prefecture by grower Tsunagute Farm. Fermented naturally without added sulfites and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it pours a clear, bright lemon-yellow and opens with Delaware's signature floral, fruity aroma. The palate is crisp up front, then reveals a fuller alcohol presence with lingering sweetness and a gentle bitterness that carries into a warm finish. Named for the concept of an invisible accumulation of unseen effort and connection, MÜLA is the winery's first 2025-vintage release.

Sommelier's Note

MÜLA captures Delaware's charm at its purest — fragrant, playfully bittersweet, and unmistakably Natan Winery.

New to wine?

A charming, easy-to-love natural white with ripe fruit character — a great introduction to Delaware-based Japanese natural wine.

Food Pairings

The gentle bitterness makes it a natural match for sansai (mountain vegetables) and herb-forward dishes, as well as simply salted Japanese fare. Best enjoyed at a slightly cool, not ice-cold, temperature to let the aromatics open up.

When to drink it

Casual home drinking, or a natural wine bar pairing with simple washoku or herb-driven dishes
