A light, easy-drinking young red named after Elizabeth, a friend of the estate who helps with the harvest each year. Hand-harvested, softly pressed and fermented naturally with native yeasts on the skins for about 10 days in steel and cement, it shows delicate wild rose, violet and cherry aromas with cinnamon and clove notes, structured by good acidity and round tannins.
