Casale Falchini's Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, sourced mainly from the Colombaia vineyard — hence the name. A red wine born from a blend of Sangiovese with a small percentage of Merlot, Canaiolo and other native red varieties, briefly aged in oak barrels before further bottle aging. Deep ruby red with a clear scent of blackberry and red berries, offering a warm, intense, dry and velvety taste.
As a member of the 'Titolati' association of quality-focused producers, this Chianti Colli Senesi shows Casale Falchini's red winemaking is just as serious as its famed Vernaccia.
