About this wine
Casale Falchini's flagship Super Tuscan, first produced in 1985 and made almost entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Campora vineyard at San Gimignano. After fermentation it ages in small French oak barrels for about two years or more. Intense, deep ruby red, with an ample, fine perfume of ripe blackberry, vanilla and cooked plum, and an intense, soft, warm palate of great complexity and harmony.
A bold, structured Cabernet-based red for those who enjoy classic Bordeaux-style intensity with a Tuscan accent.

ヴィーニャ・ア・ソラティーオ
Vigna a Solatìo
WhiteVernaccia
From the historic 'Vigna a Solatìo' ('sun-facing vineyard'), one of Casale Falchini's oldest plots, this 100% Vernaccia bottling is the estate's benchmark expression of Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG — Italy's first white wine to receive DOCG status. Straw yellow with golden reflections, it offers aromas of white peach, wild green apple, lychee and white pepper, framed by fresh, mineral-driven acidity.
ヴィーニャ・ア・ソラティーオ リゼルヴァ
Vigna a Solatìo Riserva
WhiteVernaccia
The Riserva selection from the same historic 'Vigna a Solatìo' vineyard, released under Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva DOCG after extended aging that grants greater structure and complexity than the standard bottling. Golden yellow in color, it shows more developed notes of pressed spring flowers, toasted almond and citrus zest, with a lean, racy palate and persistent, saline finish.
アブ・ヴィネア・ドーニ
Ab Vinea Doni
WhiteVernaccia · Chardonnay
A barrel-fermented Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG blending 95% Vernaccia with 5% Chardonnay, fermented and aged in 225-liter oak barrels for four to five months. Deep straw yellow with golden reflections, it offers a fine bouquet of vanilla, pear, apricot and sweet spice, with a dry, mature palate showing mineral presence, almond and honeyed lemon notes.
カステル・セルヴァ・ドーロ
Castel Selva d'Oro
WhiteChardonnay
A barrique-fermented Chardonnay bottled as Toscana IGT, sourced from experimental Chardonnay vineyards planted at the estate in 1980 — among the earliest Chardonnay plantings in the San Gimignano area. Pale straw-yellow with golden reflections, it shows an intense bouquet of butter, pastry, spice, talc and candied orange, with a dry, marine-mineral palate and honeyed, orange-toned finish.
パレタイオ
Paretaio
RedSangiovese · Merlot
One of Casale Falchini's Super Tuscan reds, produced from grapes grown in the Paretaio vineyard in San Gimignano — roughly 95% Sangiovese and 5% Merlot, aged 12 months in small French oak barrels and a further 12 months in bottle before release. Deep ruby red tending to garnet, with a clean scent of ripe morello cherry and prune, notes of leather and tobacco, and a dry, spicy, harmonious palate with elegant, mouth-filling cherry fruit.
ティトラート・コロンバイア
Titolato Colombaia
RedSangiovese · Merlot · Canaiolo
Casale Falchini's Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, sourced mainly from the Colombaia vineyard — hence the name. A red wine born from a blend of Sangiovese with a small percentage of Merlot, Canaiolo and other native red varieties, briefly aged in oak barrels before further bottle aging. Deep ruby red with a clear scent of blackberry and red berries, offering a warm, intense, dry and velvety taste.
