A pure Sangiovese Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts on the skins for about three weeks, then aged 12 months in cement tanks and 3 months in bottle. Organic and elegantly balanced, with a bouquet of sour cherry, raspberry and violet layered with balsamic and forest-floor notes.
