Vermentino Toscana IGT Scantianum is a single-varietal-focused white from the Scantianum range, made from 93% Vermentino and 7% Sauvignon Blanc, planted at a density of 4,500 vines per hectare. Matured in stainless steel for three months on fine lees, it has a rich, luminous straw-yellow color with floral and fruity aromas and mineral nuances, and a fresh, mineral palate with intense citrus notes.

Morellino di Scansano DOCG Riserva Sicomoro is produced from 100% Sangiovese sourced from the vineyard of the same name, over thirty years old. It undergoes 15 months of aging in new and used barriques followed by a further 18 months in bottle before release. Concentrated ruby red in color, it offers sweet spicy and fruity notes of cherry, forest fruits, cinnamon and vanilla, with a full-bodied, dry palate of strong but elegant tannins balanced by alcoholic warmth. It is considered a Morellino of real structure, best enjoyed 5-10 years after the vintage.
