Debuting with the 2018 vintage, this old-vines Riserva from Vallegrande (plantings from 1963 to 2000) is the ultimate expression of the Grasso family's winemaking. Sixty days of submerged-cap maceration and 30 months in large oak casks, followed by 12 months in bottle, produce a garnet-red wine with sanguinella orange, violet, blackberry, rhubarb, and incense notes, velvety and warmly tannic.
