About this wine
Sibilla is made from Arneis grown on the eastern slopes of Treiso (Langhe) and on the southern side of the Rocca di Guarene (Roero). It offers delicate but intense perfumes of white flowers, fruit and herbs, with a dry, firm and round palate and a long finish; modern winemaking allows it to hold its character for up to two years.
Aromatic yet dry, Sibilla is an easy entry point into Piedmont's white wines beyond the sweeter Moscato style.
Sommelier's Note
"Named after the mythical Sibyl, this Arneis channels an almost oracular clarity — pure white flowers and fruit, with the structure to match seafood, not just apéritif hour."
Food Pairings
A natural match for seafood antipasti, vitello tonnato, and light pasta with herbs; also pairs beautifully with sashimi and tempura.
When to drink it
Aperitivo, seafood dinners, warm-weather sipping

バルバレスコ アウサリオ
Barbaresco Ausario
RedNebbiolo
Agricola Molino's flagship Barbaresco, made exclusively from Nebbiolo grown on the Ausario MGA (Menzione Geografica Aggiuntiva) — a west-facing ridge at roughly 350 metres in Treiso planted in 1958, which the estate is the sole owner of. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in a mix of barrique and larger oak casks, it shows a fine, complex bouquet of ripe red fruit, blueberry and currant, with firm tannins, spicy and balsamic notes, and notable ageing potential.
バルバレスコ テオレマ
Barbaresco Teorema
RedNebbiolo
A Barbaresco from Nebbiolo grown on southeast-facing vineyards in Treiso (roughly 3,800-5,000 vines per hectare). Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature and aged 20-24 months partly in barrique and partly in larger oak casks, Teorema shows ruby red with garnet reflections, a delicate bouquet of red berries and dried violet and rose, fresh eucalyptus and mint notes, and a full-bodied, velvety palate with sweet tannins and a spicy finish.
バルベーラ・ダスティ ロレート
Barbera d'Asti Loreto
RedBarbera
Named after the Loreto sub-zone in the commune of Costigliole d'Asti where its grapes are grown, this Barbera d'Asti is dry and full-bodied with an intense ruby red colour. The nose shows persistent raspberry and carnation, followed by a palate of raspberry, pomegranate, violet and cherry, with a firm, fine and generous fruit-forward texture.
ドルチェット・ダルバ レ・クエルチェ
Dolcetto d'Alba Le Querce
RedDolcetto
An easy-drinking, fruit-forward red from Dolcetto grown on east- and south-facing slopes. Le Querce ('the oaks') is a modern-style Dolcetto d'Alba with youthful character, showing aromas and flavors of cherry and sweet almond.
ランゲ・シャルドネ ソフィア
Langhe Chardonnay Sofia
WhiteChardonnay
Grown on the eastern slope of the Ausario hill (planted in 1995) on clay soil at medium hillside altitude, this cool-exposure Chardonnay shows body, savouriness, minerality and good acidity, with elegant aromas complexed by short ageing in barriques and tonneaux.
ランゲ・ネッビオーロ ヴィタリス
Langhe Nebbiolo Vitalis
RedNebbiolo
A 100% Nebbiolo from the family's vineyards in Treiso, fermented in stainless steel and aged in barrique and 10hl oak barrels. Vitalis shows a beautiful ruby red colour with an elegant, warm bouquet of red berries, flowers and sweet spices, expansive and mild tannins, and a flattering, good-bodied palate — a more youthful, everyday counterpart to Molino's Barbaresco.
