Sinano Wine's sparkling rosé, a blend of Concord and Niagara grapes grown in the winery's own and contracted vineyards in Kikyogahara, Shiojiri, Nagano. Bottled in a proper Champagne-style bottle sealed with cork and wire cage under gold foil, it pours a pale, fragrant sakura-pink with a gentle, persistent mousse. Semi-sweet in style, it channels Niagara's showy floral-grapey aroma and Concord's juicy, candied fruit into a bright, low-acid, tannin-free glass — an easy-drinking, celebratory counterpart to Sinano's dry Concord and Niagara sparklers.
The softest, most approachable pour in Sinano's sparkling lineup — proof that Concord and Niagara can make a genuinely festive glass of bubbles.
