Sinano Wine's 'Chardonnay Classical' is a dry white made from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay planted in the winery's own vineyards in Kikyogahara, Shiojiri, Nagano. True to its name, it is crafted using Sinano's traditional, straightforward vinification — without the barrel fermentation of the single-vineyard 'Kikyogahara Chardonnay' or the classical-music aging of the 'Grape Symphony' Chardonnay (Opus 502) — letting the variety's own character speak plainly. Round, well-integrated fruit envelops balanced acidity in a clean, elegant dry finish, with essentially no tannin.
The purest expression of Sinano's estate Chardonnay — no oak, no theatrics, just the grape allowed to speak for itself.
