Sinano Wine's sweet-style seasonal nouveau white, the amakuchi counterpart to the winery's dry 'Aki Kaoru' Niagara white. Released for a brief window each November and December using that autumn's freshly harvested Niagara grapes from the winery's own and contracted vineyards in Kikyogahara, Shiojiri, Nagano, and made without added sulfites. Where the dry version finishes crisp and dry, this bottling is left with gentle residual sweetness, showing Niagara's showy, candied floral-grapey aroma in a soft, mellow glass balanced by calm, well-judged acidity. It is part of the winery's 'Aki Kaoru' (autumn fragrance) nouveau series, sold in both 720ml and 1800ml formats only while stocks from the new harvest last, through the end of the year.

Sommelier's Note

The friendliest way to meet Niagara's autumn harvest — where the dry 'Aki Kaoru' shows the grape's aroma unadorned, this sweet sibling wraps it in a soft, candied warmth that disappears from shelves fast.
