Rich Flavor is a premium red from Sawa Wines made from 100% estate-grown Muscat Bailey A, distinct from the winery's standard Muscat Bailey A Rich bottling. The base wine is infused with oak chips for barrel-like nuance, then given roughly one year of bottle aging to deepen its umami character. The result is a fuller, more layered wine than Sawa's other Muscat Bailey A reds, with vivid berry aromatics, balanced acidity, and added complexity from the extended bottle maturation.
Sawa Wines' deepest, most layered Muscat Bailey A yet — the year of bottle aging is what truly sets it apart from their other reds.
