Toscana Rosato
トスカーナ・ロザート
Castello di Bossi
Sangiovese · Cabernet Sauvignon
About this wine
A structured rosé sourced from the historic Corbaia vineyard (vines over 40 years old), made from roughly 70% Sangiovese and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Partly produced via saignée from the Corbaia red wine production and cool-fermented in stainless steel. Pale salmon in color, with aromas of dusty earth and Mediterranean herbs over fresh cherry and tart cranberry, and a bright, well-structured palate.
A rosé with real structure — closer to a light red in personality than a typical summer rosé.
Sommelier's Note
"Sourced from a 40-year-old Super Tuscan vineyard, this rosé has more backbone than almost any pink wine at its price point."

Vin San Laurentino
dessertSangiovese · Malvasia · Trebbiano · Moscato
The estate's Vin Santo, a Toscana IGT dessert wine named after San Laurentino, the patron saint of the church in the village of Bossi. Made from Sangiovese, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Moscato grapes that are dried for around five months before slow fermentation and lengthy maturation in traditional caratelli casks. Amber gold in color with aromas of dried stone fruits, toasted almonds, figs, pine nuts and orange blossom; full-bodied and creamy, with enough acidity to keep the sweetness from feeling cloying.
