The estate's Vin Santo, a Toscana IGT dessert wine named after San Laurentino, the patron saint of the church in the village of Bossi. Amber gold in color with aromas of dried stone fruits, toasted almonds, figs, pine nuts and orange blossom; full-bodied and creamy, with enough acidity to keep the sweetness from feeling cloying.
