Cascina Carrà's top Barbera bottling, from a single vineyard in the Raviola locality of Monforte d'Alba at 400–450 meters elevation. This 100% Barbera reaches 15.5% ABV and shows a very dark ruby color with garnet reflections that deepen with age — concentrated, powerful, and built for the table.
Raviola is Cascina Carrà's statement Barbera — dense, powerful, and proof that Barbera can rival Nebbiolo for gravitas.
