プリマ・カウザ
Prima Causa
RedCabernet Sauvignon · Merlot · Petit Verdot
The flagship wine of La Selva's 'Le Eccellenze di Casa' (house excellences) line, a Bordeaux-style blend of roughly 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot. Each variety is harvested and vinified separately, aged individually in French oak barriques, then blended and given at least 12 months of bottle aging before release. Toscana IGT.
コッリ・デッルッチェッリーナ
Colli dell'Uccellina
RedSangiovese · Merlot
A Morellino di Scansano Riserva DOCG named after the Uccellina hills where the fruit is grown, blending roughly 85% Sangiovese with 15% Merlot. After fermentation, the Sangiovese macerates on the skins for extended contact while the Merlot is placed directly into new French oak barriques; the Sangiovese is then aged in French oak tonneaux for around 12 months. Full-bodied, with notes of incense, spice, toasted oak and dark red fruit.

RedCiliegiolo
A 100% Ciliegiolo, Maremma Toscana DOC, from La Selva's premium 'Le Eccellenze di Casa' line. Ciliegiolo is one of the native Maremma varieties the estate champions; the wine is organically farmed and typically aged in French oak barriques for several months, showing juicy red-cherry fruit consistent with the grape's name (ciliegia = cherry).

Tins'Vil
SparklingSangiovese
A Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine made entirely from Sangiovese, named after the Etruscan god Tin (Jupiter). Grapes are harvested early to preserve acidity, destemmed and gently pressed, with only the free-run juice used; primary fermentation runs at low temperature followed by roughly 4 months on the lees, then a second (autoclave/Charmat-method) fermentation of about ten days, six more months on the lees, and at least 3 months in bottle. Pale pink in color, with fine perlage and notes of white flowers, bread crust, and almond.
ヴェルメンティーノ
Vermentino
WhiteVermentino
A Maremma Toscana DOC Vermentino, part of La Selva's 'Espressioni' (regional expressions) line. Straw yellow with citrus, peach and yellow-flower aromas, full-bodied and savoury with a persistent finish, and the classic oily, saline texture typical of Vermentino grown near the Tuscan coast.
