バルベーラ・ダルバ・スペリオーレ
Barbera d'Alba Superiore
RedBarbera
Cabutto's Barbera d'Alba Superiore, made from estate-grown Barbera in the Barolo production zone. Aged to the minimum twelve months required for the Superiore designation with a period in oak, the wine shows the variety's characteristic dark cherry and plum fruit, violet and light baking spice, framed by Barbera's signature bright acidity and soft, approachable tannin.
バローロ リゼルヴァ・デル・フォンダトーレ ヴィーニャ・サルマッサ
Barolo Riserva del Fondatore Vigna Sarmassa
RedNebbiolo
Cabutto's top Riserva, produced only in exceptional vintages and dedicated to company founder Domenico Cabutto. Made from a careful selection of the best, most mature Nebbiolo grapes from the estate's old vines in the historic Sarmassa cru. Vinified with extended skin maceration and aged for at least four years in Slavonian oak casks, followed by a minimum of twelve months of bottle aging before release. The wine shows an intense, transparent garnet color and a complex bouquet of dried rose, violet, raspberry and wild strawberry in youth, evolving toward jam, nutmeg, black pepper, truffle, licorice, leather, smoke and tar with age; the palate is robust and austere with firm tannin and notable longevity.
バローロ ヴィーニャ・ラ・ヴォルタ
Barolo Vigna La Volta
RedNebbiolo
Cabutto's flagship traditional Barolo, blended from Nebbiolo grown on the estate's La Volta vineyards spanning the communes of Barolo, La Morra and Novello. Vinified with a long 25-30 day maceration on the skins and aged for roughly three years, mostly in medium and large Slavonian oak botti, before bottling unfiltered. Young vintages show bright red cherry, citrus peel and subtle spice; with age the wine develops tar, dried rose petal, leather and licorice, retaining Nebbiolo's signature firm tannin and bright acidity.
ドルチェット・ダルバ ヴィーニャ・ラ・ヴォルタ
Dolcetto d'Alba Vigna La Volta
RedDolcetto
Cabutto's Dolcetto d'Alba, made from grapes grown on the La Volta vineyard. The must sits on the skins for around five days before fermenting in stainless steel at a controlled maximum temperature of about 28°C, preserving fresh dark fruit character. The result is a full-bodied yet approachable wine with notes of sour cherry and blackberry, soft tannin, and a characteristic light bitter-almond finish.
