About this wine
A selection of Ca' Romè's finest Nebbiolo grapes, left on the vine an extra 15 days for additional concentration before harvest. Garnet red with a complex, ample nose of violet and underbrush, it is full, velvety, and beautifully balanced, with layers of red cherry, raspberry, dried rose petals, and earthy spice.
One of the estate's richest wines — best approached after trying Ca' Romè's Rio Sordo or Chiaramanti bottlings first.
