About this wine
Dolcetto d'Alba Vai is Cà Brusà's everyday red, traditionally treated as the estate's welcome-home wine and reportedly a favorite of the family patriarch Diego. It shows an intense, brilliant garnet red color with violet reflections, aromas of cherry, blackberry, and rose, and a full, harmonious, warm palate with a persistent, slightly bitter finish typical of well-made Dolcetto.
Soft tannins and juicy fruit make this one of the easiest Piedmont reds to start with.

Barolo Menico
RedNebbiolo
Barolo Menico is Cà Brusà's traditional flagship Barolo, made from 100% Nebbiolo grown on vines averaging 30 years old in soils balanced between clay, silt, and sand. The wine ages 15 months in small oak barrels, then 10 months in large 25-hectoliter casks, followed by a further 12 months of refinement in bottle before release. The result is a pure, intense Barolo with aromas of dried roses, dark fruit, smoke, and licorice, and a palate layered with plum, cinnamon, violet, cherry, and licorice.

It shows a light straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, delicate aromas of white spring flowers and citrus, and a light-bodied palate of Rennet apple and lime with a faint hint of white almond, finishing full and persistent.
