Colomé Estate Malbec blends fruit from four vineyards spanning dramatically different altitudes across the Calchaquí Valley — Colomé (2,300m, 60%), El Arenal (2,600m, 25%), La Brava (1,700m, 5%), and Altura Máxima (3,111m, 10%) — to create a wine of remarkable complexity. Aged for 15 months in French oak (about 10% new), it opens with aromas of blackberries, red fruit and exotic florals, layered with spiced oak and a hint of pepper, on a full, silky palate framed by ripe, present tannins.

Sommelier's Note

The most complete expression of Colomé's philosophy in a single bottle — four altitudes, one wine, endless complexity for the price.

New to wine?

An approachable, fruit-forward Malbec that showcases Colomé's high-altitude style without the intensity of its single-vineyard bottlings.

Food Pairings

Excellent alongside grilled steak, lamb chops, and hearty stews; its ripe fruit and present tannins also stand up well to aged hard cheeses.

When to drink it

Weeknight dinners with grilled meats, casual gatherings with friends.

Terroir & Winemaking
