About this wine
Named for its purity, Auténtico Malbec revives the unoaked winemaking tradition of the Dávalos family, Colomé's owners prior to the Hess family. Fermented using ancient techniques such as pigeage (punch-down) in concrete eggs and tanks, it spends 10 months in tank and concrete egg followed by 10 months in bottle before release — with zero oak influence to preserve the fruit's raw energy. Aromas of red cherries, blackberries, figs, and cassis mingle with clove and mineral notes, leading to a fresh, silky palate with ripe, rounded tannins and a long finish.
A great way to taste "pure" Malbec fruit with zero oak influence — vibrant and easy to love.
Sommelier's Note

ボデガ・コロメ アルトゥーラ・マクシマ マルベック
Bodega Colomé Altura Máxima Malbec
RedMalbec
Bodega Colomé Altura Máxima Malbec is an iconic expression of extreme viticulture, sourced from one of the highest vineyards in the world at 3,111 meters above sea level in the Calchaquí Valley, Salta. The thin air and intense ultraviolet radiation at this altitude result in grapes with thick skins, producing a wine of extraordinary concentration, structural elegance, and vibrant acidity. It offers a complex aromatic profile of black fruits, floral notes, and mineral undertones, culminating in a long, persistent finish that reflects the unique terroir of the Andes.
コロメ エステート マルベック
Colomé Estate Malbec
RedMalbec
Colomé Estate Malbec blends fruit from four vineyards spanning dramatically different altitudes across the Calchaquí Valley — Colomé (2,300m, 60%), El Arenal (2,600m, 25%), La Brava (1,700m, 5%), and Altura Máxima (3,111m, 10%) — to create a wine of remarkable complexity. Aged for 15 months in French oak (about 10% new), it opens with aromas of blackberries, red fruit and exotic florals, layered with spiced oak and a hint of pepper, on a full, silky palate framed by ripe, present tannins.
コロメ エステート トロンテス
Colomé Estate Torrontés
WhiteTorrontés
Grown across Colomé's vineyards between 1,700 and 3,111 meters in the Calchaquí Valley, this Torrontés captures the grape's signature aromatic intensity in its purest form. Intense sun, cool nights, and thin mountain air concentrate the grape's natural perfume, producing a wine with lifted aromas of roses, white flowers, lychee, grapefruit, and peach, layered with subtle spice. On the palate it is fresh, round, and well-bodied, balancing citrus and stone fruit with vibrant acidity through a long, clean finish.
