Aurelio Settimo's Langhe Nebbiolo is made from a selection of Nebbiolo grapes drawn from the same vineyards used for their Barolo, offering an approachable, earlier-drinking expression of the variety. Garnet red with ruby highlights, it shows a delicate, varietal nose of violets, red fruit, and spice, aged for 30-36 months in concrete tank without any oak influence, preserving pure fruit character and drinkability from a young age.

Sommelier's Note

This is Nebbiolo stripped to its essence — no oak to hide behind, just pure fruit and the variety's signature perfume.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Langhe Nebbiolo different from Aurelio Settimo's Barolo?

Can I drink this wine now, or does it need aging?
Unlike Barolo, this wine is made to be ready to drink on release and does not require additional cellaring.
What food does Langhe Nebbiolo pair with?
It is versatile with charcuterie, roasted poultry, pasta with meat sauce, and semi-hard cheeses, making it more flexible at the table than the estate's Barolo bottlings.
