About this wine
Aurelio Settimo's flagship single-vineyard Barolo, sourced entirely from the estate's 3.42-hectare holding in the celebrated Rocche dell'Annunziata cru in La Morra — a south/southwest-facing amphitheater on rich clay-limestone soil considered one of Barolo's finest sites. Deep garnet red with a long, layered bouquet of spice, violet, and wild fruit, it is elegant yet full-bodied, with soft, mouth-filling tannins and notes of dried cherry, cranberry, leather, roasted coffee, and licorice that deepen with age.

ランゲ・ネッビオーロ
Langhe Nebbiolo
RedNebbiolo
Aurelio Settimo's Langhe Nebbiolo is made from a selection of Nebbiolo grapes drawn from the same vineyards used for their Barolo, offering an approachable, earlier-drinking expression of the variety. Garnet red with ruby highlights, it shows a delicate, varietal nose of violets, red fruit, and spice, aged for 30-36 months in concrete tank without any oak influence, preserving pure fruit character and drinkability from a young age.
ドルチェット・ダルバ
Dolcetto d'Alba
RedDolcetto
A vibrant, everyday red made from 100% Dolcetto grown around La Morra. Intense ruby red in color with fruity aromas of maraschino cherry, strawberry, red currant, and wild berries, lifted by floral notes of violet and cyclamen. Fermented on the skins for a short period (around 7 days) to preserve freshness, it is fresh and juicy on the palate with the variety's characteristic bittersweet almond finish.
バローロ
Barolo
RedNebbiolo
The estate's classic, traditionally-made Barolo DOCG, blending fruit from south/southwest-facing vineyards around La Morra. Made from 100% Nebbiolo with a 15-20 day maceration on the skins and fermentation in cement tank at 27-28°C, it is aged 24 months in large French oak casks (botti), followed by 12 months in cement tank and a further 6 months in bottle before release. Deep garnet red with ruby highlights, it shows an expansive bouquet of spice, wood, and licorice, with a soft, elegant palate typical of traditional La Morra Barolo.
バローロ・リゼルヴァ・ロッケ・デッランヌンツィアータ
Barolo Riserva Rocche dell'Annunziata
RedNebbiolo
The estate's rarest and most ambitious bottling, produced only in exceptional vintages from a careful selection of grapes in the oldest vines (45-65 years old) within the Rocche dell'Annunziata cru. As a Riserva, it undergoes extended aging including 18 months in large oak casks, with a minimum total aging of 5 years before release, well beyond the DOCG minimum. Aromas of dried cherry, prunes, forest floor, smoke, and meat lead to a palate with firm, refined tannins, velvety texture, crisp integrated acidity, full body, and a long licorice-tinged finish.
