Procanico

About this wine

A skin-contact ('orange') white made from 100% Procanico (a Trebbiano biotype), hand-harvested and fully destemmed, then fermented and macerated on the skins for about 15 days in concrete vats using wild indigenous yeasts. The extended skin contact gives it more texture and grip than a typical Tuscan white.

Beginner's Note

A gentle, low-alcohol introduction to orange wine for those curious but cautious.

Sommelier's Note

"A textural, savory orange wine that shows Procanico can hold its own with 15 days of skin contact — no gimmicks, just structure."

Food Pairings

Its texture and tannic grip make it a natural match for grilled vegetables, aged cheeses, and even light charcuterie.
