About this wine
The newest addition to Antiyal's Pura Fe range, this Garnacha-Syrah blend is grown on Garnacha vines planted on the alluvial basalt rocks of what was once the Inca River in the Maipo Valley. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts only in small stainless steel vats with a long, 25-day maceration, it marries the aromatic, floral fruit of Garnacha with the dark, spicy character of Syrah. It is certified organic and vegan.
A fruit-forward, aromatic red that's an easy, affordable way to explore Antiyal's biodynamic winemaking.
Sommelier's Note
"A vibrant, food-friendly newcomer to the Pura Fe range — Garnacha's floral lift meets Syrah's spice for a wine that overdelivers at its price."
Food Pairings
Pairs exceptionally well with grilled lamb, roasted game, and aged cheeses. Its spicy profile also complements umami-rich Japanese cuisine like grilled eel (unagi) with tare sauce or soy-glazed simmered beef.
