This exclusive dry red wine is a collaboration between Amanohashidate Winery and artist Shinsuke Kawahara, who designed its distinctive label. Made from 100% Saperavi grapes grown in the Amanohashidate area of Kyoto, it is bottled under cork at 13% ABV without heat sterilization, preserving the grape's natural character and the terroir of this coastal, oyster-shell-enriched vineyard.

Sommelier's Note

A rare Japanese Saperavi red made more distinctive by its artist-designed label — a fitting choice for collectors who value both what's in the glass and the story on the bottle.
