Akane Blush is a medium-dry rosé from Amanohashidate Winery in Miyazu, Kyoto, made from Seibel 13053 — a red hybrid grape grown in the winery's coastal, oyster-shell-enriched vineyards — vinified using white-winemaking techniques to produce its delicate pink hue. It shows fresh, fruity aromas reminiscent of pink grapefruit and peach, with a gentle sweetness balanced by tangy, berry-like acidity. Released each autumn from grapes picked at the winery's annual Seibel 13053 harvest festival in mid-August, it is bottled without heat pasteurization in 500ml bottles under screw cap, part of the winery's 'Akane' rosé lineup alongside Akane Barrel Aged (red) and Akane Sparkling.
A charming, easy-drinking rosé that captures Amanohashidate's coastal freshness in every glass — the perfect gateway into the winery's 'Akane' lineup.
