The estate's first single-vineyard Barolo, sourced from the Le Coste vineyard in Monforte d'Alba, first released from the 2010 vintage. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented traditionally, and aged in large Slavonian oak barrels (botti) for approximately 24 months before further bottle refinement. It reflects the limestone-rich, high-altitude terroir of Le Coste with dried rose, red berry, and earthy notes.
An essential Barolo for any serious cellar — its balance of power and elegance is a hallmark of Monforte d'Alba.
