A 100% Arneis from two west-facing vineyards in Diano d'Alba, grown on limestone-rich soils interlaced with sandstone layers. The name "SàMai" comes from local dialect meaning "you never know," reflecting both life's spontaneity and the wine's subtle surprises. Grapes are gently pressed as whole clusters, using only the first-run juice, with fermentation at low temperature to preserve delicate aromas. Bright yellow color with fruity aromas and chamomile notes.
SàMai's whole-cluster, first-run juice approach keeps Arneis honest — chamomile and peach aromatics with the delicacy the grape is known for.
